Business Forum
Netherlands-based CCP Cooperatief has made its first investment in Romania through a phased acquisition of a logistics complex in Ștefăneștii de Jos, near Bucharest, in a deal worth around €7.5 million.

The initial deal comprises the purchase of a 13,000 sqm logistics warehouse, fully leased, alongside 31,000 sqm of land.

“The logistics sector around Bucharest is witnessing significant growth,” says Amalia Rapan, Of Counsel of Iablonschi & Asociații, the law firm that assisted the buyer.

The upcoming phase of the acquisition is scheduled for April 2025 and will concentrate on acquiring the other buildings that have already been secured through the first step of the acquisition.

CCP Cooperatief, founded by Emre Ozgen, aims to build a portfolio in the non-residential sector.
