CTPark Ploiești, located north of Bucharest, is a strategic logistics hub offering quick access to the capital and main regional markets. The park benefits from connections to highways, railways and Henri Coandă International Airport, while proximity to Ploiești provides access to skilled workforce.
The Breeam New Construction Outstanding certification represents the highest level within the Breeam scheme and recognizes advanced energy efficiency solutions, reduced carbon footprint and sustainable design of the project.

The new 85,000 sqm warehouse achieved high performance through airtight design with reduced thermal bridges, high-efficiency sanitary installations ensuring minimal water consumption and an intelligent irrigation system that optimizes resource use. Buildings at CTPark Ploiești are designed with high energy efficiency envelope and airtightness, water-saving systems and smart irrigation.
