Geld Capital Management delivers retail park in Curtea de Argeș

Business Forum
Geld Capital Management and its subsidiary, Repaco Capital, have delivered the Curtea de Argeș Retail Park, boasting a total leasable area of 6,100 sqm.

In addition to the newly opened strip mall, Geld Capital Management is also developing another similar project, the Breaza Retail Park, which will offer a leasable area of 3,100 sqm. Repaco Capital is in the final stages of obtaining planning permissions for yet another similar project: the Bartolomeu Retail Park, located in Brașov, with a leasable area of 5,500 sqm.

“Residents in smaller urban centres are increasingly demanding when it comes to the retail services they use. We have identified the optimal combination of retail park locations, the mix of retailers we're leasing space to, and the modern facilities we offer, all to meet shoppers' expectations,” said Liviu Arnăutu, Partner and Board Member at Geld Capital Management.

The two companies anticipate total investments exceeding €20 million in strip mall development during 2025.

Repaco Capital is 75% owned by Geld Capital Management and 25% by Muntenia Engineering & Construction.
