Iulius delivers extension of shopping mall in Suceava

Business Forum
Iulius and Atterbury Europe have completed a €40 million investment in the expansion of Iulius Mall Suceava.

The expansion added 16,500 sqm of new retail offerings. The project involved both the creation of new spaces and the reconfiguration of existing areas taking the total leasable area of the project to 60,000 sqm.

”The expansion also reflects the increased interest of retailers in joining a commercial destination with consistent performance – in 2024 alone, the mall recorded an 8% increase in sales and 7.5 million visitors. We have brought in new names from international fashion, as well as useful services. Another surprise, which will certainly please the public, is the green area, landscaped with numerous species of trees and shrubs, an ideal space for relaxation and events for all ages," said Eduard Marcu, Shopping Center Manager of Iulius Mall Suceava.

With this expansion, the total investment in Iulius Mall Suceava reached €110 million.
