EnVogue Residence to add Hilton hotel in Bucharest project

Business Forum
Local developer EnVogue Residence will include a Hilton Garden Inn hotel in the final construction phase of the EnVogue Residence – Iuliu Maniu project. The hotel will be part of a new, two-section building whose structure has already been finalised.

The future Hilton Garden Inn will feature 125 rooms, a gym, a restaurant, and facilities for business and social events, along with dedicated parking. It is designed to cater to business clients, transient visitors, and attendees of nearby events.

The integration of the Hilton Garden Inn into the EnVogue Residence project transforms it into a mixed-use complex, offering complementary functions that will contribute to the sustainable development of the area.

EnVogue Residence has a portfolio of five finalised projects in the Bucharest region.
