The project is being developed on a 23,000 sqm plot, acquired in April 2024, and is situated adjacent to an existing Kaufland. Construction is currently underway, with the opening anticipated for November 2025.

The center will offer approximately 5,500 sqm of built-up retail space, providing a balanced mix of essential retail and lifestyle services.

Brîndușa Grama, Head of Asset Management at Square 7, said: “We are excited to expand the M Park network to Orăștie, a city with growing potential, where we believe a modern and accessible shopping centre will bring real value to the community. We are developing a sustainable, long-term project.”

M Park Orăștie will incorporate electric vehicle charging stations provided by Eldrive Romania and will adhere to green building certification standards.

M Core, the parent company, manages over 1,050 assets across Europe, with a portfolio exceeding €7 billion.
