M Core has inaugurated M Park Orăștie, a retail park designed to strengthen the group's presence in regional markets and expand its national portfolio of convenience-led retail assets. Located on a 23,000 sqm land plot, the project delivers a built area of approximately 5,500 sqm.

The development comprises single-level retail units designed to modern technical and operational standards. It hosts a mix of brands across fashion, homeware, electronics and everyday essentials, ensuring an offer aligned with local market demand and consumer behaviour.

Sebastian Macdonald-Hall, Co-CEO Romania and CIO (Europe) at M Core, said: "The fundamentals in this market remain compelling and our strategy is to invest in places where we see sustained demand, committed occupiers and room for growth."

James Fife, Co-CEO M Core Romania, added: "Orăștie is a well-established commercial location with a loyal catchment and strong tenant interest, which made it a natural next step in our regional expansion."

The development incorporates energy-efficient building solutions that meet M Core's ESG principles and dedicated parking facilities that support sustainable mobility.
