HILS Development and Destiny Park launch "The Future Built by Children"

Business Forum
HILS Development, a residential development company with 11,000 homes built and sold in Bucharest, continues its community engagement efforts by supporting education with a new project in partnership with Destiny Park. HILS Development enriches Destiny Park's learning-through-play universe with "The Future Built by Children," an experience simulating the development of a residential project where children can explore professions such as high-rise construction worker, bricklayer, or crane operator. Through play, children have the opportunity to discover new professions while developing important skills such as dexterity, motor skills, responsibility, and teamwork.

The "Future Built by Children" initiative is part of HILS Development's strategic pillar of community involvement through education. The residential and mixed-use project developer, under the 15-minute city concept, with six large-scale projects and a community of over 25,000 people, aims to provide quality living access to as many residents as possible. Community involvement beyond residential development, from new facilities to supporting new initiatives for education, health, and sports, contributes to creating modern, healthy, and sustainable communities.

"We have been building and actively engaging in the community for 19 years, with plans for the next 15 years. The HILS Development community grows by approximately 3,000 residents annually. As we grow, we consider it increasingly necessary to get involved and support all important aspects within a community. We believe in the power of education through play and have partnered with Destiny Park to enhance the world led by children with professions from our field, residential developments that shape new cities within the city," said Iulia Iana, Head of Marketing, HILS Development.

Together with Destiny Park, HILS Development offers the community a new way to spend quality time together and a fun way to positively impact children's education. The largest edutainment park (learning through play) in Eastern Europe caters to children between 3 and 14 years old and represents a miniature universe where children can be adults for a few hours or a day, taking on grown-up jobs. All experiences for young visitors are designed and implemented by a team of specialists led by parenting expert Urania Cremene.

"Destiny Park is a children's amusement park entirely different from anything else in Romania because it represents the perfect combination of play and learning. We are delighted that HILS Development, a Romanian company, has chosen to partner with us and has joined our effort to promote learning through play and thus choosing professions that have an impact on society and our children's lives. The skills and values that children will learn in the HILS Development construction area will make them appreciate teamwork, communicate better, and pay more attention to details," said Ana-Maria Pascaru, Marketing Director at Destiny Park.

Starting June 19, the HILS Development builder experience is permanently available at Destiny Park.
