Hils Development completes sale of resi complex in Bucharest

Romanian developer Hils Development has announced the complete sale of the Hils Brauner residential complex, located in eastern Bucharest in the Theodor Pallady - Victor Brauner area. The project comprises 1,336 apartments and over 2,500 residents.

The company now has three fully sold residential projects: Hils Pallady, Hils Splai and Hils Brauner. Together, these total over 3,300 apartments in eastern Bucharest.

"The fact that the project is now fully sold motivates us to continue investments in eastern Bucharest and develop increasingly connected and sustainable communities," said Bogdan Bălașa, General Manager of Hils Development.

The complex features efficient layouts, generous green spaces of over 8,596 sqm, playgrounds, relaxation areas, a football field, a café at the entrance and an 8-level parking structure offering 1,363 spaces for residents and visitors. Strategically located just 600 meters from Nicolae Teclu metro station, Hils Brauner benefits from easy access to public transport, commercial areas and educational centers, including the Victor Brauner Educational Complex, opened in 2025, which offers 450 student places.

New retail and service investments have appeared around the complex, roads and utility networks have been modernized, and today the area is among the most active in eastern Bucharest.
