Hils Development secures €20 million for Bucharest resi project

Romanian developer Hils Development has obtained a loan of RON 99 million (close to €20 million) from Libra Internet Bank for the construction of Hils Sunrise complex in Bucharest.

The project features over 700 residential units, including 4,500 sqm of green spaces, and a 544-space underground car park. In addition, this development is the first in the company's portfolio to comply with the nZEB standard. 

Bogdan Bălașa, General Director of Hils Development, said the financing supports ongoing works, while the developer can allocate its own capital to new projects.

Hils Development has several ongoing developments in Eastern Bucharest and has completed over 12,000 residential units to date.
