Luxury automotive dealerships in Romania sold to Canadian group

Holland Automotive Group of Canada has acquired the dealerships of Forza Rossa and British Motors in Romania.

The acquisition includes the business and assets associated with the import and sale of four prestigious brands: Ferrari, Aston Martin, Dallara, and Morgan.

EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Transactions teams facilitated the sale, providing financial vendor due diligence services. 

This transaction marks Holland Automotive Group's entry into the Romanian market, expanding its portfolio, which features distribution rights for other luxury brands such as Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, and Rolls Royce across several cities in Canada and the US.
