Heineken Romania names new Managing Director

Heineken Romania brewer has announced that Boris Miloushev will assume the role of Managing Director, effective July 1st.

He succeeds Thibaut Boidin, who will transition to a new position within the Heineken Group as Managing Director and CEO of Nigerian Breweries Plc.

Miloushev joins the Romanian team from his current role as Managing Director of Heineken/SCC Portugal, bringing extensive experience in the beer industry across various international markets. 

“I will build on the solid foundation laid in recent years by the local team, towards the mission of becoming market leaders and towards the objectives of our business strategy, EverGreen, where caring for people and sustainable development go hand in hand with business growth," said Miloushev. 

His 25-year tenure with the group began in Bulgaria in 1999, where he served as HR Manager and later Sales Director. He subsequently held leadership positions as Regional Sales and Distribution Director for Heineken CEE, Senior Sales and Distribution Director for Heineken Russia, and Managing Director of Heineken Croatia, before moving to SCC Portugal in 2019.
