eMag appoints Andreea Mihnea as VP of People

eMag Group has appointed Andreea Mihnea as Vice President of People, tasked with coordinating HR processes and operations across the group.

With over 20 years of experience, Mihnea has coordinated and implemented extensive organisational development and cultural transformation programmes across various sectors. She has held national, regional and global roles in IT, financial and professional services, consulting, and consumer goods, both in multinational and family companies.

"Coordinating the People department at eMag, which has been innovating e-commerce in the region for 25 years, represents for me the opportunity to put my accumulated experience at the service of a team and create an environment where each colleague can reach their maximum potential," said Andreea Mihnea, VP of People at eMag Group.

She has diverse academic training that combines humanistic perspective with business expertise, including recent postgraduate studies in board management.
