Bellemonde opens furnished showroom in Pipera

Bellemonde Development has opened a fully furnished showroom apartment at its Bellemonde Residence project in Pipera, northern Bucharest, introducing the Ready to Move In concept to the public for the first time. The concept sees homes delivered with furniture, lighting, textiles, decor and accessories chosen as a coherent whole. The showroom apartment was designed by architecture and interior design studio Hype Project under architect Victor Grosu, in the Warm Nature collection.

"The showroom is our way of telling future residents: come and see what it will be like to live at Bellemonde. We built the project around the idea of total comfort, and an apartment you can walk through answers better than any presentation. Construction works are progressing as planned, and this showroom is a first step towards the moment when we hand over the keys," said Victor Terhes, Chief Commercial Officer at Bellemonde.

"A showroom should not convince through words, but through the feeling you get when you walk in. Ready to Move In means that everything you see here, from furniture and lighting to textiles, decor and even the home's scent, was designed as a unified whole, and the owner has nothing left to do but move in," said Victor Grosu, Architect and Founder of Hype Project.

Hype Project created three interior collections exclusively for Bellemonde clients, available alongside the standard finish. Warm Nature features soft shapes, creamy tones, bleached oak and travertine. Timeless Beauty draws on Italian design with metallic finishes, natural stone, walnut and leather. Vibrant Tech proposes a darker style with ribbed textures, ceramics and metal, plus an optional technology component. Each collection includes furniture pieces from Italian brands such as Poliform, Modulnova, Caccaro, Novamobili, Arkoslight, Calligaris and Sitap.

Bellemonde Residence spans over 41,000 sqm and comprises 164 homes across 93 houses and 71 apartments, with an investment exceeding €40 million. The project includes a community hub of approximately 250 sqm with a lounge, coworking space, outdoor pool, sauna and children's areas. Construction is on schedule, with the first deliveries estimated for the beginning of the second quarter of 2027. The project is complemented by Bellemonde Privée, launched in September 2025, which adds 52 villas on a 25,000 sqm plot at 1 Vasile Alecsandri Street, with an investment of €25 million, approximately 65% of which is financed through Vista Bank. Combined, the two projects represent a total investment of over €65 million, with first deliveries at Bellemonde Privée expected in the third quarter of 2027.
