Arobs Systems, part of the Arobs Group, has signed two digitalization contracts with Romanian government institutions worth a combined €8 million to the company.

The projects, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), target the Ministry of Health and the National House of Public Pensions.

"Arobs has entered a stage where the expertise accumulated in public-sector digitalization is being applied through projects with real impact on the state operation," stated Voicu Oprean, Founder and CEO of Arobs. "We are in a position to directly contribute to the evolution of how Romania's public administration operates."

For the Ministry of Health project, Arobs Systems leads a consortium including Mind Soft IT Solutions, Certsign, Cyberllence Inovatie and Wing Leading Edge. The team will implement an integrated IT system to digitalize the institution's activities and create a unified framework for managing operational processes. The total contract value is approximately €6.9 million, with Arobs Systems receiving €4.1 million. Implementation will take six months.

The second project involves developing an integrated solution for data organization, modeling, analysis and reporting for the National House of Public Pensions. Arobs Systems leads a consortium with Maguay Computers and Wing Leading Edge to deploy a Business Intelligence platform supporting decision-making and operational activities. The solution will include hardware infrastructure, specialized software applications, analytics tools, and artificial intelligence components for predictive scenarios and fraud detection.

"The two projects involve different technical approaches but share a fundamental objective: building modern IT infrastructures that support institutions in their decision-making and operational processes," stated Ducu Oprea, CEO of Arobs Systems. The total contract value is approximately €7.8 million, with Arobs Systems receiving €3.6 million, also with a six-month implementation period.
