Business Forum
NRF, a supplier of automotive replacement parts and industrial cooling solutions, has leased 20,100 sqm in MLP Bucharest West logistics center, in a deal brokered by Newmark Polska.

Of the total leased surface, 18,600 sqm will be warehousing space and the rest offices.

The new facility is being developed for the tenant as part of the third phase of the MLP Bucharest West expansion. The first two phases delivered a total of 38,000 sqm of modern space, which is now fully leased. Once the dedicated space for NRF is completed, the total leased area will exceed 58,000 sqm.

“Establishing our presence at MLP Bucharest West is pivotal. Romania's Chitila district offers exceptional logistics infrastructure and skilled talent, aligning with our international and local growth goals,” says Zbigniew Ruba, Commercial and Operational Director Aftermarket at NRF. The company will use the warehouse in Bucharest to streamline operations across South-Eastern Europe.

Under the agreement, NRF will gain full access to the new facility in November this year.

MLP Group's industrial portfolio comprises around 1.9 million sqm spread across Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania.
