Hexagon secures €18 million funding for resi complex in Cluj-Napoca

Romanian developer Hexagon has secured a financing of over €18 million from Libra Internet Bank, for the development of a residential complex in Cluj.

The project will feature more than 300 apartments, commercial spaces, extensive green areas, pedestrian bridges, bicycle lanes, playgrounds, and essential community services, including a nursery, kindergarten, and medical facilities.

The complex will feature geothermal energy, photovoltaic panels, and heat pumps, marking a first for the Cluj-Napoca real estate market. 

”The granting of funding for the first phase of development is an important validation of the project's success and the expertise of our team,” said Florin Mariș, CEO of Hexagon.

Hexagon Group's portfolio comprises over 10 developments across Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest.
