Schindler Romania relocates HQ to Business Garden Bucharest

Business Forum
Schindler Romania, part of the Swiss manufacturer of elevators and escalators, is set to move its HQ to Business Garden Bucharest in a bid to support future initiatives and the continued expansion of the local team and business.

The move follows a new lease agreement for 1,160 sqm with Vastint Romania, in a deal brokered by CBRE Romania.

“The location offers a forward-thinking workspace that's recognized for its energy efficiency and low environmental footprint,” said Alexandru Miu (in picture), Managing Director of Schindler Romania.

“Despite 2025 marking the lowest new office supply in Bucharest in two decades, and with many companies encouraging a return to the office, high-quality spaces are still available. We encourage those considering relocation to explore current options, as vacancy rates are declining and availability at Business Garden Bucharest is expected to be limited by year-end," said Sorin Macoveiu, Commercial Director of Vastint Romania.

The project features windows that open every 2.7 meters, 3-meter clear height, an air conditioning system with 100% fresh air supply, energy-saving LED lighting, and water-saving technologies.
