Get to know the 50 most influential people in Romanian real estate

Business Forum
Property Forum is proud to present the fifth edition of its annual listing of the 50 most influential people in the Romanian real estate market. The publication, along with all previous editions, is now available on the Property Forum website.

As the industry continues to evolve, this list celebrates the leaders who are not only driving growth but also shaping the market's direction with vision, resilience, and integrity.

This year's selection reflects a broad spectrum of achievements—spanning major investments, strategic developments, market influence, and thought leadership. Profiles are complemented by exclusive interviews that delve into key trends, challenges, and innovations defining the real estate landscape in 2025.

This year, we expanded the scope of our rankings. Alongside the returning top 10 marketing professionals list, we introduce new categories: top 10 law firms, top 5 foreign investors, top 5 regional city developers, top 10 service providers, and top 5 tax advisory firms. These additions reflect the industry's growing depth and the key roles these contributors play in its development.

As Romania's property market grows in scale and sophistication, recognising those who are setting new benchmarks is more important than ever. We hope this publication continues to serve as both a source of insight and inspiration, and we look forward to celebrating many more milestones in the years ahead.
