Millstone kicks off €18 million resi investment in central Bucharest

Romanian developer Millstone, controlled by Johan Rogiers and Horia Chioseaua, has officially begun construction on a boutique residential project on Calea Victoriei, in central Bucharest, which represents a €18 million investment. 

The development will feature 25 unique apartments spread across five levels, ranging from studios to penthouses with panoramic views. 

The ground floor will offer flexible spaces for offices and leisure activities, complemented by underground parking and storage areas.

As part of the investment, the developer will modernise the green space that separates Voievozi 63 from Calea Victoriei. 

The project is designed by ADN – Birou de Arhitectură.
