Local developer Ansi has purchased a land plot in northern Bucharest from GTC, where it plans to kick off the construction of a new premium residential project.

The new project will be developed in partnership with Repaco, a Romanian property developer that holds a 15% stake in the new complex.

The two companies have already completed a retail park near Bucharest as part of their collaboration.

"We're thrilled to announce this new investment in a key area of Bucharest, while also strengthening our partnership with Repaco," says Loredana Apreutese, Co-Owner of Ansi.

Ansi is currently developing another premium residential project in northern Bucharest.
