Homing Properties will invest €35 million in the construction of 140 villas in Pipera, near Bucharest.

The residential complex Homing Village will be developed in four phases, with the first phase of the project scheduled for delivery in Q4 2026.

“The appetite for homes in the upper-middle segment has remained on an upward trend and we are seeing an increasing trend of buyers moving towards homes with gardens,” says Tomas Manjón, Co-Founder of Homing Properties.

The developers provide clients with a wide range of amenities, including 5 different types of villas, from 3 to 6 bedrooms, each with a private garden and an optional swimming pool. The project will also offer generous green spaces, a multi-sports court, a children's playground, a fitness center, and an event hall.

Homing Properties has delivered several residential projects in Romania in the past decade.
