Homing Properties starts €60 million villa project near Bucharest

Property developer Homing Properties, specialising in the mid-to-high residential segment, has contracted Mantor General Contractor to begin construction on the first phase of the luxury residential project, Homing Village, located in Pipera, near Bucharest.

Property developer Homing Properties, specialising in the mid-to-high residential segment, has contracted Mantor General Contractor to begin construction on the first phase of the luxury residential project, Homing Village, located in Pipera, near Bucharest. The total investment for the complex of 140 villas amounts to €60 million.

The first stage of the project will include 33 villas, representing an investment of €14 million. The construction work is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2026.

Homing Village will be spread over an area of 65,000 sqm and will be developed in four phases. The villas will feature premium amenities, such as a multi-sport court, generous green spaces, playgrounds, a fitness centre, and an events room. The complex will also offer 24/7 security and covered parking for approximately 600 cars.

Tomás Manjón, Co-Founder of Homing Properties, said: “We are delighted that despite the uncertain economic and political context, we have managed to maintain our development plans in line with our strategy and the entire project is proceeding according to the initial schedule.”

Homing Properties has previously developed three residential projects on the Bucharest market.
