British investor Ghai Sant Ram has officially launched Horizon City, a new residential development representing a significant investment of €130 million that is based in Pipera, near Bucharest.

The project will feature 699 apartments and 926 parking spaces. The development is set on a nearly 23,000 sqm plot and will be completed in two phases, with full delivery scheduled for mid-2027.

Cristian Stanciu, CEO of the Horizon City project, said: "Horizon City is our answer to one of Bucharest's greatest challenges: the need for high-quality housing, well integrated into the urban fabric, bringing added value to the city's image and maximum comfort for residents".

The investment is a continuation of Ram's expansion strategy in the Romanian residential market, where he previously developed Ivory Residence Pipera.
