Bellmonde accelerates sales for resi project near Bucharest

The Bellemonde residential complex in Pipera, near Bucharest, is recording growth in sales for its villas and apartments.

The company said it sold half of the 93 villas planned in the project as well as 31% of the 71 apartments.

The residential development covers an area of 41,000 sqm and involves a total investment exceeding €40 million, of which €21 million is a loan from Libra Internet Bank. The residential complex is slated for delivery in 2026.

“In today's dynamic real estate market, clients are increasingly selective and attentive in their choices, so we continuously adapt our development strategies to meet these evolving needs,” says Victor Terheș, Sales Director of Bellemonde.

The project will include a community hub with amenities such as massage zones and saunas, co-working spaces, activities for children, and an outdoor pool. Bellemonde will also feature a commercial area. Furthermore, over 33% of the total area will be dedicated to green spaces, landscaped according to the latest trends.
