Bellemonde starts construction of villa project near Bucharest

Business Forum
Romanian developer Bellemonde has announced the start of construction for Bellemonde Privée, a new residential project in Pipera, near Bucharest.

The €25 million investment will add 52 villas to the existing Bellemonde community, strengthening the developer's position in Bucharest's low-density residential segment. Construction begins as the existing Bellemonde Residences development reaches an advanced execution stage.

The project spans 25,000 sqm and offers a balanced mix of 16 individual houses, 24 duplex houses, and 12 terraced houses, designed to meet diverse family needs for space, privacy and lifestyle. The architectural concept is designed by Răzvan Bârsan + Partners, the same firm behind Bellemonde Residences.

Vista Bank supports the investment, covering approximately 65% of the project's total construction value through a financing partnership that provides stability and predictability. "The project benefits from solid banking support, which validates the project financially," said Victor Terheș, Chief Commercial Officer at Bellemonde. Construction work will be carried out by Confrasilvas, with completion estimated at 18 months from construction start.
