Redport and Dan Șucu kick off resi investment in eastern Bucharest

Local developer Redport and Romanian entrepreneur Dan Șucu have started the construction of a new residential project in eastern Bucharest, which included the launch of a showroom.

With an estimated total investment of €50 million, Vitality Est will feature 500 apartments and 400 sqm of commercial spaces.

Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, Founder and CEO of Redport, said: "Vitality Est is the result of a solid strategy and a team that believes in meaningful development. Every detail reflects our commitment to those who choose us.”

The first phase of the project will bring 145 apartments and will be completed in 2026. Subsequent phases are scheduled for delivery in 2027 and 2028, respectively. The complex will be located near Pantelimon Park and Lake.

All homes will be equipped with smart amenities, electric car infrastructure, high energy efficiency, and secure digital access.

The showroom is only 2 km away from the real estate project and can be visited in the Esplanada Shopping Center.
