Romanian developer Redport is teaming up with local businessman Dan Șucu, the Founder and Shareholder of Mobexpert Group, for a new residential development worth €50 million in Bucharest.

The project is set to be developed in three phases, in the Pantelimon area, in the eastern part of Bucharest. The first phase will commence in the coming weeks and is scheduled for completion in 2026. The subsequent phases are planned for delivery in 2027 and 2028.

In total, the complex will feature 500 apartments and approximately 400 sqm of commercial space.

Dan Șucu said: "The Pantelimon area deserves a strong and well-integrated project that emphasizes increasing the quality of life for our future residents."

Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, CEO and Founder of Redport, added: "When you bring spaces for people to the market, you have to think beyond concrete and square meters; you have to have a well-done plan and build with meaning and responsibility."

Redport has an ongoing residential development with 480 apartments in northern Bucharest and plans to launch a new project with over 1,200 apartments.

Mobexpert Group has eight factories located in four production centers, three logistic platforms, and a network of 27 stores in Romania.
