REDPORT and Mobexpert bundle furniture into new home deals

Business Forum
REDPORT and Mobexpert are launching REDPORT Living, a residential concept through which buyers benefit from integrated furnishing and interior design solutions, adapted to each project in the REDPORT portfolio. The program is designed to simplify the stage that follows the purchase of a home, when buyers usually need to allocate additional time, budget and resources for furnishing and coordinating suppliers.

Through REDPORT Living, clients gain access to benefits developed with Mobexpert, from consultancy and Personal Shopper services to furnished and fully equipped kitchens or included wardrobes, depending on the chosen project.

"A kitchen exactly as you want it: customised, fully functional, manufactured in our factory in Romania and equipped with appliances. All of this is yours when the apartment is handed over and included in the sale price," says Dan Șucu, Founder of Mobexpert.

As part of the program, clients of The Level Apartments III benefit from a Gift Card for furniture and decorations, plus Personal Shopper services. For Vitality Est Phase I, furnished and fully equipped kitchens are included, while for The Level Apartments IV and Infinity Nord Phase I, both the kitchen and wardrobe are included.

"Through REDPORT Living, we are bringing a new perspective on how a home should be delivered in Romania. After purchasing an apartment, clients often enter a complicated and costly stage. Through the partnership with Mobexpert, we offer buyers a simpler, more predictable experience," says Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, CEO and Founder of REDPORT. REDPORT has more than 2,000 residential units in its portfolio across three Bucharest projects, with a development value exceeding €450 million.
