Zacaria starts new resi phase in Sibiu project

Local developer Zacaria has kicked off the development of the second phase of the Valletta Park residential complex in Sibiu.

This new phase introduces 196 two, three, and four-room apartments across six buildings, 315 underground and above-ground parking spaces, 80 storage units, and over 4,500 sqm of green and relaxation areas. 

Modern amenities include a playground, electric car charging stations, commercial spaces, civil defense shelters, and visitor parking.

The developer has selected CONLAN Grup as the construction contractor for the residential complex.

The Zacaria group is formed of 12 different companies, covering projects such as residential housing, apartments and logistics parks.
