Prime Kapital secures significant refinancing for Argeș Mall

Property developer Prime Kapital has secured an €85.5 million refinancing facility from Erste Group for Argeș Mall, which opened in April 2024.


The mall features over 51,000 sqm of gross leasable area, with more than 150 shops and restaurants, including a modern food court with a panoramic terrace. 

The development also included significant investment in public infrastructure, such as a large park and new pedestrian and car connections.

Roman Kubanyi, Industry Lead for Commercial Real Estate at Erste Group, stated that the partnership contributed to creating a "state-of-the-art shopping destination" for the local community.

The Argeș Mall caters to a catchment area of over 640,000 people and has been awarded the Edge Advanced green certification.
