Vastint Romania has announced the opening of Saint Roastery Botanica urban café in Business Garden Bucharest. The 165 sqm café opened on 2nd December, marking the third Saint Roastery location in Bucharest following last month's launch at Băneasa Shopping City.

Saint Roastery was founded by Simona and Ionuț Croitoru in 2019, with the first café opening in the Victoriei Square area. The business has grown into a trusted partner for private and corporate events, reaching a turnover of around €1 million. For next year, the company targets a turnover of around €2 million.

"We seek out distinctive spaces where we can redefine the moment of enjoying a coffee — places where stories take shape and communities come to life," said Ionuț Croitoru, Founder of Saint Roastery.

Business Garden Bucharest, located in the Orhideea-Grozăvești area, has a rentable area of 43,000 sqm. The Centre-West area is the largest office hub in the capital, with a total stock of approximately 629,000 sqm.

"New shops and on-site amenities are not only practical, but also part of our long-term commitment to our tenants," declared Sorin Macoveiu, Commercial Director of Vastint Romania. Vastint's office portfolio will expand with the upcoming Timpuri Noi Square 2 project, set for completion in Q4 2026, adding 105,000 sqm of gross built area.
