Autonom Services selects bank syndicate for potential bond offering

Business Forum
Romanian mobility solutions provider Autonom Services has signed an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters for a potential corporate bond offering in the Q2 2026.

The syndicate includes BRD, BT Capital Partners, BCR, UniCredit Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank. The company is considering linking the bonds to sustainability targets as part of the offering structure.

"In light of its ongoing projects, and in order to continue supporting both its day-to-day operations and its investment activities, the company is exploring the possibility of launching the offering in the near future," said Mihaela Angela Irimia, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in a BVB statement.

No final decision has been made regarding whether to proceed with the offering. The company will make this determination based on internal analysis conducted with the syndicate's support and prevailing market conditions.

The terms and conditions of the potential offering will be determined later, taking into account the specific characteristics of the local bond market.
