Eden Capital launches new high-end resi project in northern Bucharest

Romanian developer Eden Capital aims to deliver by H2 2026 a new high-end residential complex in northern Bucharest with an estimated value of €130 million. 

The complex featuring 303 apartments is developed on a plot of land with an area of 15,108 sqm, which includes 5,500 sqm of green spaces. 

The developer has obtained the building permit for the project in 2023 and is looking to complete the project's structure this year. Eden Capital said it will fully fund the development with its own resources. 

The complex will include a mix of facilities for residents such as a swimming pool, sports fields, and dedicated management services for guests. 

Eden Capital has completed several residential projects in Bucharest to date under the Cortina brand.
