Praktiker Real Estate buys office building in Bucharest

Praktiker Real Estate, the property company owned by Turkish investor Omer Susli, has purchased the Muntenia Business Center offices, in central Bucharest, from Longshield Investment Group for €8 million.

The project has a built area of 9,750 sqm and includes 10 floors and a terrace. The building hosts 102 tenants. 

Muntenia Business Center was completed in 1996 and was renovated in 2011. 

“I look forward to overseeing its continued growth and the opportunities it will bring,” wrote Susli in a LinkedIn post. 

Susli's investment portfolio in Romania comprises real estate, mainly retail assets, and renewable energy projects.

Praktiker Real Estate buys Bucharest office building

Praktiker Real Estate Romania, controlled by businessman Omer Susli, is acquiring an office building in Bucharest from Allianz-Țiriac. The transaction is currently at the preliminary sales agreement stage and marks another step for Susli in expanding his real estate portfolio, following his 2024 purchase of the Muntenia Business Center office building.
