Niro Group opens first Corinthia hotel in Romania

Niro Investment Group has officially opened its luxury boutique hotel Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard Bucharest, following a franchise agreement with the Corinthia hotel chain.

Situated at the intersection of Calea Victoriei and Elisabeta Boulevard, the hotel blends Belle Époque design with modern amenities, unde an upgraded concept by GA Design.

Originally inaugurated in 1873 and recognized as the capital's most prestigious hotel, it was the first in Bucharest equipped with electric lighting and an elevator.

Throughout its history, it has hosted important royal and cultural figures, becoming an integral part of Romania's history.

"We aim to offer every guest a memorable experience that combines tradition with modernity, in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe," said Simon Casson, CEO of Corinthia Hotels.

The project features 30 luxurious suites, each decorated with specially designed furniture and artworks, complemented by two restaurants, a bar and spa facilities.

"We are extremely proud to welcome guests to the Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard Bucharest. This is not just a simple hotel, but a place that reflects the timeless elegance and dynamic energy of the city," added Jean Pierre Mifsud, General Manager of the hotel.
