BT provides €20 million financing for Bucharest resi project

Business Forum
STC Partners has secured €20 million in funding from BT for the development of the Bucharest-based Quartier Ferdinand residential complex.

With a total investment exceeding €35 million, the project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.

The development will include 170 apartments, high street retail units, exclusively underground parking, a unique rooftop recreation area, and a children's playground.

The building's energy will be supplied entirely by photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, making it the first pre-certified Zero Emissions Building (ZEB) residential project in the city.

STC Partners is also currently working on the Quartier Azuga residential complex in Bucharest and plans further investments in new housing projects in the city.
