Catinvest names Manager for Aparthotel Craiova

French real estate group Catinvest has appointed Win Advisors as Administrator of Aparthotel Craiova, which was inaugurated earlier this year within ElectroPutere Parc in Craiova, following a €12 million investment.

Win Advisors will manage operations, marketing, and customer experience optimization, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Bertrand Catteau, CEO of Catinvest Group, said: "This is the first project in our Romanian portfolio to be operated under an external management model, an important step in expanding the group's presence in the hospitality sector."

Aparthotel Craiova offers 60 fully equipped apartments, designed to blend the privacy of a living space with the standards of hotel services.

Craiova itself is experiencing significant growth, attracting a rising number of tourists and major events, with over 166,000 visitors in 2024 generating 260,000 overnight stays.

Win Advisors has more than 700 rooms currently in the contracting phase for hotel management, in addition to the 350 already under contract, with the goal to become a strategic hotel operator in the region by 2027.
