PPF Real Estate has completed the infrastructure works for ARC, its new office project in Bucharest where it is investing €70 million.

The construction has reached ground level and superstructure works are now underway, with the project on track for completion by Q3 2026.

Juraj Sastinsky, Investment Director, PPF Real Estate, said: "We've reached ground level, and are continuing development at full speed. ARC is starting to take shape, and we're one step closer to delivering a project that truly puts people at the center."

The building is designed to include photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and an intelligent management system to optimize consumption, without natural gas-powered heating.

The office project is targeting LEED Platinum certification and will comply with nZEB standards.

ARC will offer 30,000 sqm of leasable area across two underground levels, a ground floor, and ten upper floors. The building's ground floor will include 1,800 sqm for retail, featuring restaurants, cafés, gym facilities, and convenience stores. In addition, green spaces will cover 2,500 sqm.

Amenities will also include 430 underground parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, bike racks, showers, and lockers.

PPF Real Estate owns and manages two office buildings in central Bucharest – Crystal Tower and Metropolis Center – with a total leasable area of 35,000 sqm.
