Polona 68 Business Center achieves LEED Gold Certification

Business Forum
The office project Polona 68 Business Center has been awarded the LEED Gold certification by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

As part of the certification, the project has achieved a high score in the transportation and human experience indicators.

The Transportation Performance score evaluates the project's greenhouse gas emissions from daily commuting.

Meanwhile, the Human Experience Performance score is based on real-time data concerning occupant satisfaction and indoor carbon dioxide levels.

“Achieving LEED Gold and top scores in both transportation and human experience demonstrates our long-term vision and hard work behind this building," said George Dragan, CEO of Smartown Group.

"Our goal has always been to deliver a workplace that supports the environment and enhances the daily comfort and wellness of those who work here, in this premium office building,” he added.

Polona 68 Business Center encompasses 9,443 sqm of premium commercial space in the Central Business District (CBD).
