The project was acquired from Romanian entrepreneur Sebastian Bălășescu, who had previously taken over the office building from Primavera Development.
CSDA Siriului has a built-up area of approximately 5,000 sqm and a leasable area of around 3,600 sqm. It has an energy efficiency certification and a complex mix of tenants.
The sale was brokered by Esop Consulting.
Bucur is listed on the AeRO market of the BVB and has a market cap of around €15.7 million.
