CTPark Oradea City expands with new production facility for iwis

Industrial developer CTP has kicked off the construction of a 4,000 sqm extension for the iwis factory at CTPark Oradea City, which is slated for completion in 2026.

The extended area will be added to the existing 7,000 sqm production facility. The project aims to boost iwis' production capacity to meet rising demand from both domestic and international markets.

Andrei Marian, Business Development Director at CTP Romania, said: “We are proud to support iwis' expansion at CTPark Oradea City. CTPark Oradea City is positioned near the Hungarian border along the European Road E60 corridor, providing access to Western European markets and the Romanian domestic economy. 

The developer operates two other parks in the area: CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal and CTPark Oradea North. 

CTP is the largest owner and developer of industrial and logistics space in Romania, with over 3 million sqm of leasable space across major cities.
