FM Logistic grows footprint to 116,000 sqm at CTPark Romania

Business Forum
Industrial developer CTP is expanding FM Logistic's facility at CTPark Bucharest by an additional 10,300 sqm, strengthening the partnership between the two companies. Following the expansion, FM Logistic will operate approximately 116,000 sqm across CTP's industrial parks in Romania.

The new space will be developed at CTPark Bucharest, in Dragomireşti Vale, where FM Logistic currently occupies a 23,800 sqm facility. Construction is underway, with delivery scheduled for Q3 2026.

The expansion follows CTP's sale and lease-back acquisition in 2023 of FM Logistic's Romanian industrial portfolio, comprising more than 100,000 sqm of warehouse space across Bucharest, Piteşti and Timişoara.

"FM Logistic is a long-standing partner and an example of how our parks are designed to support clients throughout their growth. One of the advantages of the CTPark Network is our ability to offer expansion opportunities within existing locations, including assets that have become part of our portfolio through acquisitions," explains Andrei Marian, Business Development Director CTP in Romania.

"This expansion is a response to the demand for space, and we continue to scout for further locations to grow our footprint in the region," states Pénélope Laigo, Managing Director FM Logistic Romania.

CTPark Bucharest is located in the western part of Bucharest, with direct access to the A1 motorway and connectivity to the national transport network.
