Oresa Industra to expand industrial project in Iași

Oresa Industra, the property division of Oresa investment group, has obtained the building permit for the extension of its industrial project in Iași.

The company will add 15,000 sqm to the Industra Park Iași project, with delivery expected in the first half of 2026.

Following this expansion, the Industra Park Iași logistics hub will reach a total leasable area of over 50,000 sqm. The company's plans include the development of an additional 25,000 sqm in subsequent phases, confirming the high attractiveness and potential of the market, according to profit.ro.

Oresa Industra is also present on the Arad industrial market with its own project.

Oresa is a private investment company controlled by a Swedish entrepreneurial family, active in CEE since 1995, with a strong presence in Romania.
