ELI Parks expands industrial project in Iași

Local developer ELI Parks has announced the launch of the second phase of the ELI Park Iași project, adding another 20,000 sqm of industrial and logistics spaces to the existing 20,000 sqm.

Construction works for the second phase will be carried out by Sagex Construct, with completion set for Q3 2026.

"The expansion of ELI Park Iași represents a response to the growing demand for logistics and production spaces in the region," stated representatives of ELI Parks.

The new phase will adhere to the same standards established by ELI Parks, including technical specifications and energy efficiency, in line with the BREEAM certification held by ELI Park Iași, as well as flexible configuration options tailored to the needs of tenants across various industries.
