Alesonor has partnered with Pescariu Sports&Spa to create a 12,000 sqm sports and leisure complex within the Amber Forest suburb, with a planned investment of €8 million. The project will feature outdoor tennis and padel courts, two leisure pools, and a 2,200 sqm central building including a semi-Olympic swimming pool, spa, and fitness club.

"With this sports and wellness center, we are taking another step toward building a sustainable community. We studied our residents' preferences and the regional market, and we are confident this project will become a landmark for families in Amber Forest and throughout North Bucharest and Ilfov," said Alex Skouras, Managing Partner of Alesonor.

"This partnership allows us to extend our expertise to a broader community, encouraging more people to integrate sports and wellness into their daily routines. Our ambition is to create a benchmark project that sets a new standard for sports and wellness in Romania," said Ioana Georgescu, Managing Partner of Pescariu Sports&Spa.

The facility will be built to nZEB requirements, aligning with Amber Forest's Platinum LEED v4.1 Cities & Communities certification. The center will complement existing amenities including 690 smart villas and apartments, a 5.3-hectare park, educational services with Verita International School & Kindergarten, and commercial areas.

Developed across 31 hectares with only 15% built area, Amber Forest became the first residential project in Europe to achieve Platinum LEED v4.1 for Communities certification. More than 550 of the planned 690 homes have been sold, with over 200 families already residing there.
