Property developer Alesonor and Medikali, the local owner of medical clinics, have announced a partnership to develop a medical clinic within the Amber Forest suburb near Bucharest.

The building dedicated to medical facilities within Amber Forest Agora is being constructed to nZEB standards and will have an area of approximately 3,000 sqm, located on a plot of around 2,000 sqm. The total investment amounts to €7 million. The Medikali Center will occupy approximately 1,000 sqm within this building.

The new Medikali clinic is scheduled to open in 2028 and will complete the services ecosystem within Amber Forest Agora, providing access to medical services for the community's residents and the wider public in Bucharest's northern area. "We offer in Amber Forest more than just homes. We are building a complete community where people have quick access to all services for a balanced and healthy life," said Alex Skouras, Managing Partner of Alesonor.

Dr. Adina Negoiță, CEO and Founder of Medikali, added: "Our partnership with Alesonor offers us the opportunity to be closer to a modern, active community focused on quality of life, while also expanding our services with a second clinic in the northern area."

The Medikali Clinic will integrate medical specialties for the entire family and will focus on the patient experience through an approach based on empathy, professionalism, and modern technology. Founded in 2022, the first Medikali clinic treats more than 50,000 patients annually in the clinic, as well as over 3,000 patients each year in its medical recovery center. Its team of more than 80 doctors covers 30 medical specialties.
