The new 11-storey building will feature carefully designed apartments, predominantly with 2, 3 and 4 rooms, conceived for families seeking quality urban living. The building was designed by Studio Fabz, led by architects Bogdan Zaha and Andreea Felciuc. In a first for Timișoara, the building proposes several duplex apartments on the top floor with generous terraces and private pools. Ground floor apartments include private gardens.

The new building maintains this direction: international, responsible architecture, connected to the complex's green spaces and cultural offerings," said Ovidiu Șandor, founder of Mulberry Development.

ISHO C will integrate into the existing fabric at ISHO, from the park and Bega riverbank to offices and cultural spaces. Residents already benefit from nearby services including fitness and wellness facilities, medical services, retail outlets and community facilities. The district also features socialising spaces such as Bistro Urban restaurant and Street Coffee Roasters specialty café.
