Nhood Romania has expanded its partnership with Urbano Group to take over full integrated property management of Urbano Shopping & Living, Transylvania's largest retail park located in the Cluj metropolitan area.

The collaboration builds on Nhood's existing role as exclusive retail leasing agent for the project. The company will now handle comprehensive property management, coordinate daily operations, and implement marketing strategies for the 25-hectare development in Florești commune.

"The new mandate solidifies our partnership with Urbano Group and marks a significant stage in the project's evolution. Through our integrated expertise in property and facility management, leasing, and operational marketing, we bring a complete approach tailored to the specific needs of each project," said Răzvan Ciobanu, Head of Property Retail at Nhood Romania.

Ciprian Comșulea, Executive Manager at Urbano Group, added: "We are confident that their expertise in commercial centre management and focus on performance will bring added value to the tenants and the community."

Urbano Shopping & Living features approximately 15,500 sqm of commercial space plus over 1,000 sqm for drive-thru restaurant units. The retail park combines international brands, local operators, and modern retail concepts, serving as a community lifestyle hub for the Cluj region. Nhood will manage all operational activities including tenant relations, maintenance, financial reporting, and community engagement initiatives.
