Romanian property holding Meta Estate Trust has launched Retail Park Ciolpani, marking the company's first operational asset and an early opening ahead of the planned Q1 2026 schedule.

The retail park opened on mid-December with international retailers already operational, alongside electric vehicle charging stations operated by Eldrive. Located in Ilfov County with direct access from DN1, one of Romania's busiest roads, the development serves approximately 10,000 residents within a 5-minute radius.

"The operational launch of Retail Park Ciolpani confirms Meta Estate Trust's ability to deliver functional projects with relevant tenants and a solid positioning in proximity retail, in line with the company's strategic direction," said Bogdan Gramanschi, CFO and Interim CEO of Meta Estate Trust.

Meta Estate Trust invested approximately €2 million in the project, which offers 2,650 sqm of gross leaseable area. The company has secured lease agreements with a weighted average term of over 9 years.

At full occupancy, the retail park is projected to generate annual rental revenues of €360,000 to €385,000, based on internal company projections.
